Our annual DartTournament in recognition of National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day is the week after New Years. Currently I have received names for three teams (more may have signed up at the Berea Lodge). We would like to have 20 or more teams. Last year the Law Enforcement Teams took the top awards. Will the Lodges step up to the plate and reclaim the top awards? Anyway, please let me know ASAP if you are going to participate. Details are below:
On Saturday, January 10, 2026, the Berea Elks Lodge #1815 will proudly host its Fifth Annual Benefit DartTournament in recognition of National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. This national day of recognition, observed every January, is dedicated to showing gratitude and support for the men and women who serve and protect our communities.
For the past four years, Berea Elks Lodge has welcomed teams of Elks members and active or retired law enforcement officers to compete in a spirited, double-elimination dart tournament featuring games of 501 and Cricket. On average, this event has raised more than $2,000 annually, with every dollar supporting charities that honor peace officers.
This year’s tournament will once again benefit the Greater Cleveland Peace Officers Memorial Society (GCPOMS). This non-profit organization’s mission is to honor peace officers who have made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty, especially those from Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, and northern Summit Counties.

- Start Time: 9:00 AM
- Entry Fee: $60 per team
- Cash bar and 50/50 raffles will also be held, with all proceeds going directly to GCPOMS.
